Grow with Google provides free training sessions and tools to help all Americans grow their skills, careers, and businesses.

In partnership with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), we are proud to present the Grow with Google Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Career Readiness Program. As part of Google’s commitment to supporting Hispanic job seekers, the program partners with HSI career services centers across the U.S. to help Hispanic college students develop the digital skills they need to find and secure internships and jobs that will help them build successful careers.

The Career Readiness Program helps students build skills by structuring their learning path around a “Watch and Do” framework. Students will access Google's Skillshop to do the following:

  1. Watch trainings, read content, or attend virtual or in-person workshop
  2. Do or complete any included activities
