Charter Schools USA participated at the Florida International University – FIU Shadows Program hosted by Career and Talent Development in June and December 2025. FIU Career and Talent Development did a wonderful job promoting the shadow to FIU students and providing the instructions to host our shadow at three of our charter schools. Martha Rosa and Cristina Ebbage from Career and Talent Development were a call or email away to answer any questions and to provide support to helping Charter Schools USA coordinate the shadows. The FIU Shadow Program supported our organization to connect with students and recent graduates interested in the education industry. Our team enjoyed participating in the shadow program, providing students with the opportunity to observe classroom experience and to gain day-to-day operations knowledge. This was a great experience, and we look forward to participating in the shadows again next year!
