We’re in relentless pursuit of breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. We innovate every day to make the world a healthier place. It was Charles Pfizer’s vision at the beginning and it holds true today. As a Patient Navigator, my journey at Pfizer began 15 years ago- I began as a Bilingual contracted colleague to the join Pfizer in the patient advocacy in a Non sales/educational and promotional for the Hemophilia community across the US. Patient Navigators educate and empower families to be a shared decision maker in their own health care. We encourage caregivers and patients to self-advocate when it comes to managing their health. We share educational resources available to patients and caregivers.” Need an accommodation or accessible materials?
