Internship Fair

Internship Fair is held every Fall, early in the semester. This is a great opportunity for FIU students to meet recruiters who are looking to fill their internship positions.

Internship Fair is open only to FIU students of all majors. Students wishing to attend the Internship Fair can register in Handshake under the Fairs section or click the Student Registration below.

In order to attend students must wear professional attire, have a virtual copy of their resume, and have an FIU email.

The next Internship Fair will take place in Fall 2026, details to be announced.

 Prepare for the Internship Fair

  • Create a Strong resume
    • attend a Resume Writing Workshop
    • Have your resume critiqued at Resume Fest (see event info below)
    • Get help from a Peer Career Coach through our Hybrid Drop-In Program
    • Check out our Resume samples and guides in the Handouts and Resources section
  • Research Employers attending the Career Fair in Handshake
  • Dress professionally
    • Dress for Success guide

Internship Fair is open to all current FIU students and alumni.
