Panther Shadows – Students/Alumni

The FIU Panther Shadow Program is an opportunity for employers and industry professionals to connect with FIU students and alumni, hosting them for a job shadowing experience to help them gain exposure to a wide variety of career fields and industries. The Panther Shadow program takes place during the summer and fall terms.
Take advantage of this one-day experience and create your early recruitment pipeline!

What Are the Program Benefits?
Students have the opportunity to network with employers, community partners, and professional alumni while gaining direct exposure to potential careers related to your major. The program helps you connect classroom learning to real-world work environments, experience a professional workplace setting, and build knowledge of the critical Career Readiness Competencies needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
*No cost to participate. The FIU Panther Shadows program does not provide academic credit or monetary compensation; it is solely for the purpose of observation and networking. Participants are responsible for their meals, as well as travel costs to and from their FIU Panther Shadows Host Site.
